SPATIAL CONCEPT - SPATIAL EXECUTION - VISUAL MERCHANDISING - GRAPHIC DESIGN
A pop-up concept for luxury department store De Bijenkorf, presenting clothing items designed by fashion hub De Wasserij. Damaged luxury items were redesigned by various designers and turned into limited collection items to be sold to in-store customers. The assignment was to translate the identity of De Wasserij into a spatial design, communicate the story of De Wasserij with its sustainably designed garments to in-store customers and promote/ sell product.
The look and feel of De Wasserij was translated into the use of playful geometry, strong pops of color and vintage looking materials for the decor and signage. Each garment was presented with its own story.
